PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS UK CAMPAIGN, TELL THE GOVERNMENT THEIR SMOKING BAN IS UNJUST, UNACCEPTABLE AND UNDEMOCRATIC.

WE SILL NEED AN ADVERTISING LORRY-OTHER WAYS TO HELP SEE THE BOTTOM OF PAGE

Wednesday 30th April and Polling day 1st May

Tomorrow is polling day when all readers of campaign news will  be voting for anyone other than the Labour party. It is up to you to give Labour a kick in the pants for the lies and deceit that they have been peddling.

We can report that we have been really pleased with the campaign, we have had visitors from ex pats from around the world, America, Canada, Denmark, Cyprus to name but a few. Our pass it on cards have been a huge success all that needs to happen is to follow the Labour No Smoke no Vote policy it is growing rapidly around the UK.

This has been a unique campaign in that we have galvanised support from all parts of the UK for a Mayor of London election, those who have not participated in the Ballot paper Campaign are now galvanised against the Labour party. All decent law abiding smokers are requesting is choice, if Labour can not provide choice they do not deserve to be in power.

Labour should take a look at todays article from Ireland, smoking is increasing in Ireland despite the draconian ban, we ask Labour to look again at this damaging smoking ban and to provide choice to the people of the UK.

Before we finish this campaign be assured that we will be returning time and time again until freedom of choice is restored, the lies and deceit of this Labour party need to be exposed. Good luck to all our supporters enjoy your cigarettes.

Read todays article here. And remember No Smoke no Vote tell your Labour representatives.

Tuesday 29th April

As the election draws very close we are asking for people power to effect the outcome of the election and make sure that Ken Livingstone is not returned to power.

As our regular readers will know we want an amendment to the smoking ban to date we have campaigned in every London postcode. Labour have sold smokers down the river and not stuck to their manifesto regarding smoking and non smoking venues.

We have highligted other areas of Labour policy that is undemocratic today  I publish a comment from Zimbabwe52 that sums up  the sort of society that  is being created.

Zimbawe52 is unhappy, very unhappy it transpires that a bus driver was fined £250 for having the lid on his wheelie bin open a full 4 inches, this event happened over a week ago and it is still annoying Zimbawe.

How can a man can get a criminal offence for a non event, B7 says  petty officials with no common sense should not be employed, honest working people pay their council tax to have their rubbish removed and it is the councils responsibility to remove it. No arguements, no petty laws get on with removing our rubbish.

Back to the smoking protest do not forget to tell your Labour representative why you will not be voting for them, tell them no Smoke no Vote.

It seems like the good people of the UK have forgotten how to protest maybe they should take a leaf out of the Germans book and protest with people power. Angela Merkel's government has faithfully copied the tactics employed by our own beloved Nu-Labour - lies, propaganda and junk science - yet they've failed miserably in the face of people power.

Well greetings readers from B7, only 3 days to go to the elections with your support we can make the difference.

Please take the time to view a few articles in this news section, it will soon becomes apparant while we are fighting this dreaded ban.

According to government propaganda the smoking ban is not having an adverse effect in any way shape or form, our articles prove that the ban is having an adverse effect in all departments, below are a few examples.

Our Pubs are shutting at the rate of 4 per day.
Clubs and Bingo Halls are closing never to return.
Hospitality staff are losing their jobs and their homes.
Our old war veterans and disabled are forced out on the street to enjoy their cigarettes.
People have been murdered and raped because of this governments draconian smoking policy.
Institutialised Mentally ill patients have been  refused permission to smoke in the only place they can call home.

Today we ask you not to vote Labour in the London elections remember No Smoke no Vote.

Todays article is from freedom2choose and guess what, it is all about the elections.

Today Saturday we would like to promote this even more by  todays article.

Sean Spillane has been promoting No Smoke no Vote in a CIU Club in Luton, refer to the article for his views. Labour beware you have let down the very people who voted you into power, we are losing our pubs and clubs through your incompetence.

A quick message for the publicans in Stratford E15, please leave all cards supplied next to ashtrays in your smoking shelters, so far we have had very positive feed back about the pass it on campaign.

As we know the hospitality industry has been badly hit by the smoking ban, we are calling on all Landlords to support this campaign, it could be your establishment that closes next.

By this time next week the elections will be over, on the lead up to election day we are urging all readers of this news column not to vote for Labour. The message is No Smoke no Vote.

Our herigate is gradually been eroded, in London a pub shuts every 2 days todays article from the London Daily News highlights the problem. Tell your elected representative you do not accept the smoking ban and that you will not vote for them until they change their policies.

Today our message has been delivered to as many pubs in Stratford E15 as possible, this is a return visit as you regular readers of this page will know. Stratford is also the venue for our Olympics,  Ken says it only costs Londoners the price of a Walnut Whip every week to finance these games.

Most Londoners are fed up with having to pay this Ken Livingstone imposed tax. Today we ask Ken for a return on our money, the Olympics the games will generate huge profits for big business we rate payers demand a slice of the cake.

Talking about Labour wastage, in the news this week it has been announced that the cost of the Olympics will rise by approx 3 Billion pounds, who can trust Labour they can not even add up.

Today we are announcing a shift in policy by a major political party, UKIP supports smokers and freedom to choose this is music to our ears. Please bear this in mind when deciding who to vote for.

Today is St Georges day, we all know the story St George slays the Dragon and this embodies the British spirit.

I ask you all in your minds eye to see Gordon Brown and his MPs as the dragon, you have the power to slay these dragons and to overturn the smoking ban, make your voices heard tell your Labour representative why you will not be voting for them, no voting labour, No Smoke no Vote.

As reported to our readers we have campaign material in 112 London post codes, we are receiving a lot of interest and support, we say thank you to all our readers lets make this Campaign the start of Labour No Smoke no Vote.

Todays Article is from freedom2choose titled Nulabour-killed off by the smoking ban, very apt.

Tuesday 22nd April

The smoking ban is hitting all sections of society hard, peoples livelihoods are at stake the government do not seem to care about job losses, the loss of our public houses and our heritage.

On overhearing a conversation last night it also became apparent that cafe life is under threat.  This morning B7 paid special attention to the working mens cafes in the immediate area, just as the overheard conversation there were very few customers, the working man is voting with his feet. Why would a smoker wish to visit a cafe, since the smoking ban they are becoming inhospitable places. Would you stay for that extra cup of tea, I thought not.

Labour No Smoke no Vote.

Todays article is about another section of our society the Shisha cafe, they may not be familiar to you but they are also been persecuted.

While we are waiting for our mail shots to reach their recipients we have had to dig deep our first targets were Dagenham and Redbridge where we well received, we have not been able to get any feed back from this area recently however if the rest of the campaign is enything to go by it should still be going strong.

Once again thank you to all our readers and especially all our new visitors, on top of the general hatred of the ban people are very worried about their pubs closing. We hope the government are not going to plough on with the Smoking ban experiment and stick their fingers in their ears once again. People are fed up with their Post offices closing, they are fighting to keep their hospitals open, they are worried about new proposals to close their local doctors.

In Islington one of the areas that we have covered people are objecting to smokers being out on the street and disturbing peoples peace, you can lay the blame squarley at the feet of the government, let smokers back into pubs its where they want to be and where they belong.

Labour No Smoke no Vote.

Friday 18th April

Everyone has been busy as Beavers today filling envelopes etc ready for the last mass mailing exercise. While this has been carried out we have picked up on a very serious article indeed.

The article in question is regarding the treatment of sectioned mentaly ill patients at Bowmere Hospital, it is now becoming apparent that the most vulnerable members in our society are been victimised by the Labour Government and smoking ban supporters.

Mentaly ill patients will no longer be allowed to smoke in the only place they have as a home, this amounts to government complicit torture of the first order. It saddens us deeply to think that people can be treated in such a disgusting manor a new dark era has begun.

In effect these patients are having their medication denied them just as much as if a prescribed dependency drug had been withdrawn by their doctors.

How low can Labour stoop evidently not much more, these cruel people should hang their heads in shame. persecuting ill human beings is no answer at all.

Thursday 17th April

Today we have been preparing for the run in to the election, today we can announce a mass mailing excercise over the next week we will be targeting all key areas in London especially working class areas where the working class have been sold down the river by the Labour party.

No Smoke no Vote and no Choice no Vote is gathering pace not only in London but across the whole UK, judging by the interest in this campaign news section we will soon be making a huge dent in Labours expected vote.

As we all know we were lied to by the Labour party about the smoking plan here are a few other areas where you have been lied to or had unexpected useless policies foisted upon you.

European referendum.
Hips.
The10 per cent tax band.
Immigration benifits.
Inheritence tax.
Need I say more.

We Know that we have a few Labour Watchers, we would like to tell  you to stick your anti smoking law up your A***, in todays article Gerry Stonehill has done exactly that.

Wednesday 16th April

On Wednesday we are ready to launch our campaign on the good people of Cricklewood NW2, we are sure that along with our supporters Ken Livingstone will be defeated and smoker power will prevail.

Do not forget No Smoke no vote. As we all know it is not only smokers that are being hit by the ban but also our hospitality traders, Labour seem intent on destroying all that we hold dear in the UK, it will not be long before there will not be a pub in your own area for you to enjoy.

Todays Article is from the Publican we have reproduced one comment from Caroline Landlady of the Family tree in Bognor Regis

Caroline wrote.
Who ever says the smoking ban has been good for trade must be off their rocker. I am the landlady of the family tree in Bognor and the government have ruined us. if we last for the next 2 months we will be lucky. We have everything in place for the smokers and non smokers, but where are all these non smokers that were supposed to fill our pubs. Our takings have been cut to almost nothing, but the bills keep coming in and there is no money to pay them. nearly all the publicans in our area are in the same state as us. Maybe we all should file a claim for loss of business against the government as this all there doing. 90% of our customers are smokers and we want to be a SMOKING PUB.

An excellent read, view the article and comments Here
Tuesday 15th April

With only approx 2 weeks to go to the elections we are stepping up our campaign with a another visit to the Battersea area, just to remind you that this a target area for smokers when a general election is called.

Battersea is a so called marginal, we will be making every effort to defeat Labour in this area at the general election, enough is enough we want smokers rights restored.

In a country that prides itself on democracy, a country that spent a fortune to defend the Olympic flame from protesters it is surprising that China is allowing freedom of  choice regarding smoking.

Gordon Brown you should be listening to UK smokers if China can provide choice you should hang you head in shame, call it human right democracy or what you will the Chinese have a saying tobacco and alcohol always go together.

Gordon take heed our pubs and clubs are shutting, take a leaf from the Chinese. Do not forget No Smoke no Vote.

Today we can report that we have delivered campaign material to 112 London Postal codes, on top of this we have also covered areas in Essex and Middlesex that are included in Mayor for London Elections.

To our knowledge we are sure that we are the only campaign party to have campaign material in such a vast area.

The message today to our supporters is that it will soon be payback time for Labour, do not forget No Choice no Vote and No Smoke no Vote. B7 says do not vote Labour please make sure that you tell your Labour Candidate why you will not be voting for them, why not drop them an e-mail or send them a letter.

I hope you are as disgusted with Labour as we are here at B7 towers the ban is un-democratic and infringes our human rights, make them pay at election time.

Thusday April 10th

Today Thursday has been a bit of a slog, we have been delivering our message to the Good people of Camden Town / Regents Park NW1.

The only news I want to tell you about today is the diabolical attack on freedom of Choice sites namely freedom2choose and forces websites.

Attacks were made such that when trying to access these lawful websites people were directed to the Government Smokefree site. Who carried out these attacks is yet unknown however it has strengthened everyones resole to break the hated smoking ban.

Clearly feathers have been ruffled in the anti smoking bigot camp. To carry out such an attack is complimentry to the pro choice movement, the antis now feel under attack.

Following on from No Smoke no Vote campaign i am proud to announce that UKIP have reported these attacks in detail on their website, pro choice activists are showing a lot of interest in UKIP and many will be voting for them from now on.

Fair play to UKIP for reporting this news, the article today is directly from the UKIP website.

We certainly hope the weather will be much better on Monday as Sunday has been really cold and windy.

Talking of windy days, following on from Saturdays news a wind of change is certainly taking place in the Licensing industry, before we announce where we will be delivering the message on Monday we are announcing the pub closures in the areas. Reported Pub closures.

Pub closures Blakes, The Ivanhoe, The Railway Tavern, The paradise Bar, The Maypole, The Forresters Arms, The Old Dispensary and the Paulet arms.

Yes 7 number pubs closed in the areas of Brockley SE4, Camberwell SE5, New Cross SE14, Peckham SE15 and East Dulwich SE22.

Is there cause for concern, well not only will you have a limited choice of non smoking pubs to visit you soon will be unable to smoke in you own homes. Liverpool un-elected Health Bigots and stakeholders are leading the way.

We announce in advance that the target areas for Saturday are as follows.

Blackheath SE3, Eltham SE9, Lee SE12 and SE13 Lewisham. Our new readers and visitors may be surprised by the amount of London postal areas that we have managed to cover so far.

At the end of this article you will have the chance to read an article from the government in response to an e-petition. Part of their response states.

We have seen no significant evidence to date that implies that smoke free legislation, either in this country or in others where it has been in place for some years, will create any long term problems for pubs or the hospitality trade in general.

We carried out a survey in the above 4 postcodes and are sad to announce that 9 pubs have shut in these areas in recent times. The Welcome Inn, Ye Old Greyhound, Flame Bar, The New Tigers Head, The Watt Tyler, The Prince Arthur, The Pitcher Sports Bar, The Royal Oak and the White Horse.

With the divisive smoke free legislation and the additional government duty on beer and spirits your pubs and clubs are in serious threat of extinction.

Really looking forward to spreading the word in the following areas Bermondsey SE1, Lambeth SE11, Elephant and Castle SE17 and Surrey Docks SE16.

First we have been digesting yesterdays budget news and the 11p rise in a packet of  20 Cigarettes.

The British Heart Foundation are disappointed and wanted a heavier tax increase applied.

First of all B7 wants £3.00 of duty taken off every packet of Cigarettes, if the British Heart Foundation are desperate to see smokers further penalised, I suggest to them that all their staff  have the equivalent cigarette duty deducted from their pay every week, lets see how they like paying extra taxation.

On to the campaign one of B7s favourite areas is Bermondsey, used to love Bermondsey Street where I was employed many years ago, all the quaint London pubs and industry sadly now most have disappeared.

Also sad to hear that Wallins Tin box factory closed a few years ago, seems Borough market is going from strength to strength.

Just to remind you that not far away in Pimlico SW1 a remarkable man is still smoking at the ripe old age of 101 he also runs marathons.

Wednesday 12th March

We would like to welcome all new readers to the daily news, thanks for your support and our new visitors.

Wednesdays message will be delivered to Kentish Town NW5, Kilburn NW6 and Neasden NW10. We are sad to hear that a lot of Pubs have already shut down in the Kilburn area. If there is an opportunity hopefully will visit the Famish café.

B7 has been using his crystal ball in advance of the Budget statement and is making a prediction that there will be swinging additional duties added to tobacco products. Yes I know it is totally obvious.

Expect an additional 30 pence tax rise in the cost of a packet of cigarettes, this will be disguised as a plank in the governments strategy for a healthy society and to reinforce the already highly successful smoking ban.

The reality is that the smoking ban has been a disaster our pubs and clubs are closing, I do not know of anyone who has packed up smoking because of the ban and increasing the taxation will make little difference.

If we analyse this further the government are bankrupt, they need all the extra revenue from smokers to squander elsewhere, they like to persecute smokers but love all the revenue it brings in.

The government are hypocrites of the first order they have continued with the harassment of Smokers.

Today B7 calls on the government to remove £3.00 of taxation off every packet of cigarettes sold, this may marginally compensate smokers for being forced out on the streets and the harassment they have had to endure.

The article today highlights the persecution faced by a heroic generation, remember faceless bureaucrats and stakeholder types you will be old one day.

Today we start with the news that Liverpool planed to become the first City in Britain to become smoke free back in 2004.

Take a look at this article, City Council officials, Health agencies and industry leaders decide. Profits increases of 12 per cent are quoted.

Did they asked the public what they want, who are these un-elected people to force their rules on the law abiding public.

Today our Pubs and Clubs are closing down in ever increasing numbers, where are all the non smoking customers where are the forecast profits.

This year Liverpool is the city of culture, smokers and their tolerant supporters can show their disapproval and avoid the celebrations. Tell your friends.

A busy day ahead the campaign reaches Finsbury Park N4, New Southgate N12, Palmers Green N13 and Southgate this will be the last North London targets.

Our story for Saturday is regarding J D Wetherspoon, if you cast your mind back JD were in favour of a smoking ban and were planning its early introduction. When they found they were getting less custom they decided to delay its plans to bring in a complete Smoking Ban.

Back in March 2006 JD believed that sales and margins would  recover over time once customers had adjusted to the non-smoking environment."

Well today  pub group JD saw pre-tax profit drop13 per cent to £28.5m in the six months to the end of January, following the introduction Smoking ban.

Well Mr Tim Martin we could have told you your profits would drop, Smokers have voted with their feet  I know of many people who will not use Wetherspoons because of your stance on Smoking.

Also Mr Martin it seems highly hypocritical that you still sell Cigarettes in your pubs, if you deem smoking to be so bad withdraw the sale of Cigarettes from you establishments.

Maybe Tim their is still time to be a Hero, you can campaign for freedom of choice, Smoking and non Smoking Areas.

Do not forget that  votes from the whole of the UK count we need you all to participate and restore freedom.

Just a quick note on Campaign area for tomorrow Tottenham N15, N17, Stoke Newington N16 and Wood Green N22 there are more pressing issues to consider.

This Evening we Hear that Landlord Tony Blows has been dealt an extremely low blow from Hereford court. Hero Tony has to pay £12,000, yes twelve thousand pounds in fines and costs because of elleged smoking in his pub.

Tony denies the charges I hope you will visit his pub the Dog Inn and support him For details click here

You hear every day of people carrying out assaults, burglary, selling drugs etc and getting fined only a fraction of £12,000, this is indeed a sorry day the government should hang its head in shame. Smokers want their rights back and common sense restored..

Another day to deliver the message Archway N6, Holloway N7, N19 and N8 Crouch end are the targets for today. Information tells us that the Enterprise in Holloway has shut and also the Progress Bar in Tufnell Park.

Talking of Archway hope not to many people are throwing themselves of the bridge because of the Smoking ban!.

Today we bring you news that people are still smoking in and on Hospital grounds, well no surprise there then.

This raises a serious issue if the people at the NHS were compassionate they should know that at times of crisis smokers light up. Who are they to tell you not to smoke in hospital grounds they belong to you, you have paid for them out of the chronic tax that you pay. Seriously people need reminding of this fact.

I look forward to seeing the bronze statue of Winston Churchill a memorial that was commissioned from sculptor David McFall and revealed in 1959 to celebrate the great leader on Woodford Green. Talking of an article in the Daily Mail, fireman will not be allowed to enter your house to give safety advise unless you have stopped smoking an hour before. Zimbabwe52s advice is to ask them to park their vehicles at least a mile from your property as you are worried about breathing in the fumes from their vehicles. Sound advice indeed!
