WELL WHY AM I CAMPAIGNING AGAINST THE SMOKING BAN:-

As I write this it is only 31 short weeks since the smoking ban was introduced. Within such a short space of time I am amazed that the freedom I once enjoyed has been removed. Non smokers may scoff at this statement however I would like them to pause and reflect because the government will be imposing more controlling restrictions on you in the near future. Who would have thought a few years ago that smokers would be victimised and hounded, drivers, drinkers and over weight people you are next on the list.

Looking at the smoking ban, is totally draconian and comes straight out of Nazi Germany, the government are more interested in persuing law abiding heavily taxed smokers than criminals. Only this week one publican was fined £10,000 on smoking related matters, one police force this week were so upset they could not secure a conviction they stated that they would now be using undercover  policemen and cctv in the future

On a recent visit to the theatre I observed disabled people in wheelchairs forced outside to smoke in the pouring rain, there was no shelter. Work colleagues are forced outside in the rain to smoke, there is no shelter, some go down the underpass to escape prying eyes and escape the elements. There is no room at the Inn for smokers.

As a reminder the governments manifesto never included a total smoking ban in premises, we have been deceived once again, watch out for more devisive measures in the future, no smoking in the streets no smoking in the home. We must not let this happen.

A FUTURE ALLIANCE

There is certainally a growth in resistance against the smoking ban there are more campaigning web sites springing up and the mood on the streets is one of anger. From personal experience and feedback from other protesters smokers are looking for the platform to protest.

The future alliance may not be that far away, a common bond is being formed between protesting groups and effected associations, lets all get together as one and provide the platform for protest.

WINNING THROUGH

We all know that the ban is backed by big business and shadowy organisations this may seem a bit daunting at first.

The reality is about your humble vote, without your vote politicians are neutralised they can no longer dictate to you, their egos are busted and they are out in the cold. (sounds familiar)

I advise all protestors never to vote for the political party in power until freedom of choice is restored. Make sure they suffer the wind of change  and the cold feeling of being left outside.

NO CHOICE NO VOTE CAMPAIGN

Nearly forgot please download ballot paper from the button below and get protesting:-
